Do you take walk-ins?

*Update* December 2023:

We are pleased to announce that we will now be accepting walk-in appointments! Stop by anytime during normal business hours for a same-day session.

Do you offer consultations?

Yes. Consultations are free and recommended.

You will meet with your artist on a set day and time for approximately 1/2 hour in order to review your vision as well as its location, sizing and details. If your tattoo appointment isn’t already booked, your tattooist will schedule you by the end of your consultation. It is also not uncommon for your artist to request you put down a deposit at this time in order to hold the spot.

how much will MY TATTOO cost?

The cost of your tattoo will all depend on its size, location, amount of detail, and the time needed to complete it. Pricing starts at $100 (shop minimum) for smaller tattoos and goes up from there.

For larger projects, pricing is determined by the length of the session and whether or not the tattoo is black & grey or color.

Sessions are priced according to your artist’s hourly rate, which can vary anywhere between $100-$150 an hour.

how do i schedule an appointment?

Please contact your artist directly in order to be added to their respective waitlists.

We understand you want to get in as soon as possible, but please be as flexible as you can with us when booking your appointment.

Does your shop offer piercingS?

Currently, we do not offer piercing services.

how about cover-ups?

Yes. If you have a piece that you are no longer a fan of, we would be happy to make it into something you’re thrilled about. Contact one of our artists directly to discuss & plan out your cover-up process.

i have been FEELING a little under the weather. can i still get tattooed?

If you are sick, please (please please please) stay home. Our artists value their health as well as the health of their families, so we do not want to be in close contact with anyone sick for hours at a time.

If you are unwell we will reschedule your appointment and give you priority in our schedule in order to get you in as soon as possible once you are feeling better. Our artists reserve the right to cancel your appointment on the spot if you show up for your tattoo visibly unwell.

I’m fine but I’m on antibiotics. Should I still come in for my appointment?

The use of antibiotics shortly before getting your tattoo or during the healing stage will likely affect the integrity of the tattoo and is not recommended.

Consult with your physician but try and avoid taking antibiotics 30 days before and 30 days after getting a new tattoo, if possible.

can i bring a friend/cousin/neighbor/etc. with me for my tattoo appointment?

We ask that you limit your visitors to only 1 extra person with you in the studio at a time. Contact your artist directly to see if we can accommodate an exception for special circumstances.

How about kids?

No one under the age of 18 is allowed in the shop. This includes the lobby and bathrooms.

what can i bring?

If you are a new client, please bring a government-issued photo ID (license, state ID, passport, etc.) with you to your first appointment.

Please bring any reference material with you. The day of your tattoo appointment, please bring anything your artist requested of you at your consultation. Feel free to bring your headphones, a tablet, book, magazine, bottle of water/any other non-alcoholic beverage with a lid, and light snacks if desired.

so Where should i park?

Our free, private parking lot is located behind our building off Mill Street. Please use the front entrance to come & go. If accessibility is a concern, we do have an alternative entrance with a ramp. Let us know if you need it and we will be happy to accommodate you.

What can i do in preparation for my appointment?

Please do not drink alcohol or use any type of blood thinning OTC medication (such as Ibuprofen and Aspirin) within 24 hours of your appointment.

Please refrain from sun exposure/tanning beds the 2 weeks prior to (as well as the 2 weeks after) your appointment. Get a good rest the night before, eat a full meal, and drink lots of water before coming in. We also recommend that you wear loose, comfortable clothing that will limit obstruction to the area that we will be tattooing.

does it hurt? do you offer any numbing/anesthetic?

Pain threshold varies by person. But typically yes, getting a tattoo does hurt. The pain is manageable but some areas are more sensitive than others. We highly recommend applying a numbing product to these areas and allowing it to set prior to coming in for your appointment.

Hush Anesthetic Gel is available for purchase in our online store as well as at the studio.

should my skin be perfectly clear?

General rule of thumb: the clearer, the better. Dry, chaffed, sunburned, irritated, and/or broken out skin will not tattoo well and will ultimately hinder the quality of your tattoo once healed. If you are suffering from any type of skin issue, we may ask you to choose another area to have us tattoo or reschedule your appointment.

do you use vegan-friendly products?

Yes! We only use Eternal Ink, which is comprised of organic pigment and free of animal by-products. It’s also never tested on animals (win win).

Additionally, our artists swear by 100% Vegan Hustle Butter Deluxe, which is an excellent skincare option for before, during, and after the tattoo process.
